Susan Gordon-Brown has over 20 years of photography experience, working at a national and international level. She has a broad range of expertise, specialising in portrait photography. She is increasingly called upon to produce comprehensive image libraries for clients, creating a cost-effective and customised photographic resource to accommodate future business needs.
In recent years, Susan has staged well received historical photo documentary exhibitions including Behind the Wire: Images and Stories of Australian Vietnam Veterans, 56 Faces, a moving tribute to Australians who survived the 1956 Hungarian uprising and made Australia their home, 40 Days, an exploration of cultural and religious practices of contemporary Australia and Down South: Australian Tradies in Antarctica telling the stories of the of the intrepid and skilled tradespeople who have ventured to the Antarctic from 1947 to the 1980s.
